Youth Learner Philippines

The Out‐of‐School Youth Information System (OSYIS) with Learning Management System (LMS) is a project grant awarded to the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) from the Education Development Center (EDC) through the USAID Opportunity 2.0 program. The project is a web-based application developed by the College of Information and Computing (CIC) and named Youth Learner Philippines.

Youth Learner Philippines is intended for the Out-of-School Youth (OSY) learners in the Davao region under the Department of Education's (DepEd) Alternative Learning System (ALS). The application contains the nine Life Skills for Self-Directed Learning modules in eLearning format.
